Reporting Highway Issues
With five boroughs all meeting at Crystal Palace, it can make reporting issues harder or delayed, especially with issues on boundary roads. Many issues can be managed with www.fixmystreet.com that automates logging of issues. Details below for each borough and specific issues and reporting urgent matters.

Southwark has an interactive online map, that can show various information, including which part of the ‘Adopted Highway‘ that is their responsibility to repair. Click on image below to explore and press the this icon to see display options.
The app fixmystreet is useful. But. These types of apps are often unreliable on cross-border boundary roads, where the wrong Borough can be automatically notified by the app. E.g Crystal Palace Parade, the road has different local authorities managing different sections of the ‘adopted carriageway’ along its length. If in doubt, contact each of the cross-border authorities. When reporting, if the hazard is an immediate risk or danger please explain clearly why priority inspection and repair is needed. Boroughs also have emergency contact numbers.
